Job Description:

• Client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and OmniStudio, as the application landscape is heavily built on LWC and OmniStudio frameworks.

• The ideal candidate should possess strong Salesforce development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with onsite teams and business stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills:

Salesforce Development:

• Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • OmniStudio

  • Apex

  • Visualforce

  • Lightning Components

  • Aura Framework

  • Salesforce Integrations

• Experience with:

  • Apex Classes & Triggers

  • SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)

  • JavaScript

  • Salesforce APIs and Web Services

  • Eclipse IDE / Salesforce development tools

Integrations:

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using:

  • REST APIs

  • SOAP Services

  • WSDL

  • SSL Security Standards

  • Bulk API

  • Metadata API

Salesforce Administration:

• User creation and management

• Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets

• Security Configuration

• Workflow Rules

• Validation Rules

• Approval Processes

• Reports & Dashboards

Database & Other Technologies:

• SQL / PL-SQL

• Database schemas and stored procedures

• ETL tools such as:

  • Informatica

  • MuleSoft

  • Boomi

  • Cast Iron

• HTML/HTML5

• CSS

• AJAX

• jQuery and JavaScript frameworks

Deployment & Testing:

• Unit testing and test class development

• Positive and negative test scenario creation

• Production deployments using:

• Troubleshooting deployment issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Java or .NET development.

• Experience working in the Healthcare Payer domain.

• Object-Oriented Programming experience in J2EE/.NET platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Certifications:

Mandatory:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

• Salesforce App Builder Certification

Preferred:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (DEV 501 / Platform Developer II)

Good to Have:

• Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM 301)

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification

• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with onsite U.S.-based Salesforce teams.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and drive knowledge transition activities.
