The ideal candidate will provide timely responses, answer general inquiries, and ensure a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries through live chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and general questions. Assist clients with appointment requests and follow-ups. Maintain clear and professional communication. Escalate complex or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team member. Protect client confidentiality and follow company policies. Document chat interactions when required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
