  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong attention to visual detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate in an Agile environment.
  • Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field preferred); 1–3+ years of web development experience or a strong portfolio of projects.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate or base salary based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • Paid Time Off: Paid vacation, sick leave, and company holidays.
  • Flexible Work: Flexible work hours with remote or hybrid scheduling options.
  • Career Growth: Professional development stipend for courses, workshops, and technical certifications.
